Due to collaboration with the Program 1BeST Malaysia organized by UMS, all the ICEM committees have to redo the entire proposal. Yes, is the entire proposal. Deadline is near yet changes are still going on. Though all of us hate changes, we still have to move on.
We do not have choice but just to move on.
